Job Description

As a key member of the Design team, you will be responsible for driving innovative and commercially viable product ranges that align with our brand vision and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and development of product ranges, ensuring alignment with brand vision, option plans, price points, and target margins.
  • Build strong partnerships with Merchandise Planning and Buying teams to ensure range balance across core, seasonal, and seasonal products.
  • Liaise with suppliers and overseas agents to communicate design concepts and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present detailed design briefs, seasonal ranges, and creative concepts in partnership with the Design team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Design role, demonstrating ability to develop commercially successful collections.
  • Proven track record in building well-rounded ranges that consider core, seasonal, and seasonal product lines.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
