Job Overview

Project Management Opportunity
  • We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee remediation projects.
About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of on-site management experience and expertise in mining plant maintenance and shutdowns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental quality requirements.
  • Effectively manage budgets and control costs.
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Report on project progress and conduct regular meetings.
  • Provide guidance on technical and engineering issues.
  • Liaise closely with clients to ensure project adherence to schedule.
  • Participate in tendering and estimation processes.
  • Travel to mine sites and support teams.
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Enhance efficiencies of self-perform crews.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Create and modify Integrated Plant Programs (ITPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
  • Raise Request for Information (RFI's) and track responses.
Requirements
  • A valid White Card and Driver's License.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
