Job Description

The Release Manager role involves coordinating and standardizing release processes across the platform, focusing on management and planning of people, process, and technology. This includes providing a single view of all platform work streams, facilitating optimal stakeholder communications, and ensuring minimal disruption during releases.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a platform release strategy that ensures efficient and timely delivery of changes to the platform. This includes defining a consolidated transition process across both Core Tolling and Customer & Billing Platform teams, as well as scalable and best-practice release practices.

Key responsibilities include managing and uplifting release processes, synchronizing required changes to customer platforms, and ensuring risk/reward factors are taken into account. You will also develop and manage a platform release calendar based on agreed program roadmaps, taking into account business priorities, project interdependencies, deployment risks, and sequencing across Transurban systems.
