Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Release Managers to execute large complex Enterprise wide releases, manage scope, schedule, risks, actions, and dependencies in complex releases, coordinate project/program/release activities, and lead workshops and group discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Release Managers to execute large complex Enterprise wide releases.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risks, actions, and dependencies in complex releases.
  • Coordinate project/program/release activities.
  • Lead workshops and group discussions.

Requirements:

  • Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master experience.
  • Project/program/release coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Plutora, Share Point tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
