Senior RTO Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Coordinator to oversee our RTO Quality and Compliance operations.
This role involves coordinating and conducting site and desktop audits, developing operational standards in line with operating requirements, contracts, and deeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and conducting site and desktop audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Developing and implementing operational standards that meet the needs of the organization;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality documents and registers;
- Auditing scheduling and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (essential);
- AQF Level IV or above Certification in Internal Auditing (desirable);
- Strong focus on quality and compliance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Solid knowledge of RTO services, including standards, policies, procedures, and systems;
- High-level administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and RTO Student Management Systems.
