Support Service Associate

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and emotional support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their care plans are tailored to meet their unique requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Providing transportation to appointments, social events, and outings.
  • Accompanying customers to community activities and events.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (WA or Interstate).
  • A National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months).
  • A Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Certification in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Provide CPR (HLTAID009).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
