About the Position

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering efficient, student-focused admissions services across a diverse range of programs including higher degree research, full degree, study abroad, and pathway programs such as diplomas and English language instruction for international students.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely processing across all program types and student cohorts (domestic and international)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrollment goals and enhance the applicant experience
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions processes
  • Foster a high-performing team through training, guidance, and a strong focus on customer service excellence
Requirements
  • A university degree and/or relevant experience in managing administrative teams or functions
  • In-depth knowledge of admissions practices, policies, and compliance requirements within the higher education sector
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making
