Admissions Lead

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering efficient, student-focused admissions services across a diverse range of programs.

This role is central to ensuring admissions operations align with Bond's strategic goals and uphold the University's commitment to excellence and equity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure timely processing across all program types and student cohorts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrolment goals and enhance the applicant experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions processes.
  • Foster a high-performing team through training, guidance, and a strong focus on customer service excellence.

You are expected to bring both strategic insight and operational expertise to the role. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a background in managing administrative functions in higher education or a similar environment.

The salary for this position commences at $112,811.36 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

Requirements:
  • A university degree and/or relevant experience in managing administrative teams or functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of admissions practices, policies, and compliance requirements within the higher education sector.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
