As a key player in the renewable energy sector, we are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our team.

We are committed to delivering innovative solar and energy storage projects that align with Australia's sustainable power goals. Our team is expanding rapidly, and we need a skilled professional like you to help us achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical disciplines. A degree in business administration or a related field would be a plus. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in reviewing and implementing technical solutions for large-scale projects.

A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. You should also be proficient in project management tools and have advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their project needs, goals, budget, and timelines.
  • Support sales by providing technical expertise and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Solution Design and Engineering
  • Provide technical support, solution design (incl. Structural calculations) and project quotations.
  • Execution Support
  • Conduct regular site inspections during the installation process to verify correct installation and in accordance with the design plans.
