Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite sales cycles while advocating for clients' needs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Directors to ensure the right solutions are presented to meet client needs
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings through continuous research and collaboration with various teams
  • Enable assigned sales teams by coaching them on new product features, offerings, and recent deprecations
  • Present product demos, ROI models, and technical overviews
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires with speed and precision
  • Build and deliver ROI models to showcase the value of recommended solutions
Requirements
  • Five plus years in a client-facing role at a software company
  • Previous software sales, presales, consulting, or client-facing engineering experience
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Experience selling enterprise software
  • Well-honed business acumen and technical mind
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly solve complex problems in creative and repeatable ways
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Autonomy and accountability
  • Drives accountability with others
