Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a secure environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Fostering strong relationships with children and families
  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to a professional and positive work culture

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • The motivation and willingness to pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A valid right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
