Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care. As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members, complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies, procedures, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Requirements:

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. You must also have the willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, a permanent right to work in Australia, good time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
