Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and modelling of aviation risk and safety data.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to interpret requirements and shape solutions.
  • Provide guidance on data governance and integration across platforms.
  • Create reports, dashboards and database structures that support operational insight.
  • Advise on continuous improvement in data presentation and structure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data modelling, analysis and structured reporting. They will be a confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and work independently with adaptability.

Requirements
  • Comfortable working with data modelling, analysis and structured reporting.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with tools like PowerBI, SQL Server, or similar.
  • Security clearance (NV1 minimum) or eligibility to obtain is essential.

This role supports Defence Aviation Safety Authority in maintaining and evolving SALAS, the central live repository for hazards and risks across ADF flying operations.
