Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance function. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in tax, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the group's direct and indirect tax compliance obligations
  • Lead the quarterly tax forecasting process
  • Prepare tax effect accounting and manage the delivery of tax disclosures
  • Handle reviews and enquiries from tax regulators
  • Develop and lead a team of junior accountants

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA/CPA qualification with significant experience in tax compliance and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to translate complex tax matters into clear advice
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
