This is a casual position based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, where you will work collaboratively with our residential care team to deliver high-quality client-focused care.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and directing the delivery of client-focused care delivered by staff
- Assessing the total health needs of clients and documenting results thoroughly
- Developing individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Upholding the organization's values and principles in all areas of service delivery
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid AHPRA registration
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards & Quality of Care principles
- Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
