Senior Emergency Medicine Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registrar to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious emergency medicine professional to further develop their clinical skills and expertise in a high-performing, high-impact environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery within the emergency department setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert clinical care across a mixed adult and pediatric caseload
  • Contribute to aeromedical retrieval coordination for North Queensland
  • Play a key role in the Frailty Intervention Team, delivering senior emergency outreach to geriatric patients in residential aged care facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in emergency medicine with relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with complex medical conditions
