Property Leasing Manager

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with landlords to manage the leasing process. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Showing properties to potential tenants;
  • Processing tenant applications;
  • Maintaining effective communication with landlords throughout the leasing process;
  • Conducting pre-vacate inspections to ensure properties are returned in good condition;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service;
  • Preparing and executing new leases with successful applicants;
  • Uploading property listings online to attract potential tenants;
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to become a licensed real estate agent;
  • Supporting the property management team as required.

This role involves working approximately three out of every four Saturdays, with a day off during the week provided in lieu.

Key Requirements:

- Availability to work a 40 hour week, including some weekends;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- High level of organizational and time management skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;

Preferred Qualifications:

- Current driver's licence;

- Reliable motor vehicle;

- Ability to commute or relocate to our office location.
