Job Title: Clinical Trial Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead global clinical research studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring timely delivery of study results, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including site management, vendor management, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement operational project plans to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage site quality, including direct supervision of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a health/life science related field.
  • At least two years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Prior experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
