The role of Clinical Trial Manager, Phase IV/Late Development, is crucial for the success of research projects. This position requires operational execution of Phase IV /Late Development Book of Work across various therapeutic areas and study types. The manager will act as the point of contact for external study sponsors and internal stakeholders, managing protocols and drug supply within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring data entered in Clinical Trial Management Systems is current and complete, focusing on project management concepts to support management of issues, risks, timelines, and budget, leveraging interpersonal and influencing skills to foster partnerships across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring inspection readiness of assigned trials and programs within country.

The Clinical Trial Manager will also monitor trial progress and study budget, lead study team meetings, address and manage obstacles, identify issues and risks, escalating appropriately, oversee vendors, and manage and comply with various quality and compliance systems.

Additionally, the manager will lead operational start-up, maintenance, and close-out of non-BMS Sponsored projects, serve as the primary point of contact for study Sponsor, liaise with Medical and global stakeholders to monitor study progress and ensure data deliverables are met.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to participate in initiatives, working groups, serve as an SME, and mentor support to Trial PAA Specialist. You'll need to demonstrate strong organization and time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and work collaboratively cross-functionally, critical thinking, and ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
