As an Inventory Planner and Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating demand and supply plans to match factory capacity, working with large datasets, and using data to question, tweak, and create processes to drive us towards achieving our goals.

If you have 3-5 years of experience working in a data-rich environment, with some experience sourcing data from different systems and making sure it's clean, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

* Reviewing inventory levels and creating transfer orders to balance inventory relative to demand
* Working with the Production Team to match supply plans to factory capacity
* Conducting root-cause analysis on declining stock availability and implementing fixes
* Collaborating with the Digital Sales team to allocate inventory for campaigns
* Identifying manual processes that can be automated and collaborating with the Data Team to implement solutions

**What we're looking for:**

* 3-5 years of experience working in a data-rich environment
* Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and some exposure to SQL
* Ability to plan with precision and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with tools such as Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI Tool)
