Inventory Planner and Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical thinker to join our Demand and Supply Planning Team to help us maximize our inventory availability while minimizing stock-holding.

This role involves creating demand and supply plans to match factory capacity, working with large datasets, and using data to question, tweak, and create processes to drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan with precision and great attention to detail, noticing when we're getting off-track and proactively putting corrective actions in place
  • Review inventory levels, create transfer orders, and balance inventory relative to demand at each location
  • Work with the Production Team to match supply plans to factory capacity and conduct root-cause analysis on declining stock availability
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to allocate inventory for campaigns and identify manual processes that can be automated

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a data-rich environment, with some experience sourcing data from different systems and making sure it's clean
  • High proficiency in spreadsheets and some exposure to and interest in SQL
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to using tools such as Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI Tool)
