Program Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role presents an exceptional chance to drive and shape the Programs Team, fostering high-performing teams and delivering meaningful projects that make a tangible impact.


About the Role
  • Lead and develop the Programs Team, overseeing daily operations for Northern NSW Programs with strategic focus on performance improvement, productivity enhancement, efficiency optimization, and growth development.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of RMH NNSW Programs through the effective implementation of robust project plans and the successful management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a positive attitude, strong coordination and leadership skills in managing high-performing service delivery teams. They should also have experience in developing and implementing robust project plans as well as possessing skills in stakeholder management and human resource management.


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in team training and development.
  • Background in Human Resource Management or Business Management, including workplace health and safety management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Intra-state travel will be required.
  • Flexible approach to work hours including occasional 'on-call' duties to achieve job objectives.
