Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our global technical support team in APAC. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical support to internal, partner, and external customer contacts within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using log analysis, troubleshooting tools, and hypothesis testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to increase knowledge and resolve customer issues
  • Mentor others in providing validated technical information, support process instructions, and special support requirements
  • Identify, record, and work with management to proactively revise current procedures and tools to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical support or software support role
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required, additional language skills an advantage
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux Operating Systems in an enterprise environment
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of enterprise software solutions
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical support capacity
  • Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
  • Ability to adapt work patterns to meet business needs, including participation in on-call roster or occasional after-hours work
