Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a key player in the development and maintenance of our systems. You will have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining complex technology solutions, as well as the ability to translate business processes into smart technical implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and support new system modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide expert technical support and advice on system operations, data management, and software development.
  • Undertake thorough testing for system upgrades or new software releases, guaranteeing stability and performance.
  • Deliver high-quality business analysis services, leveraging technical expertise to drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage integration work between multiple systems, fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive documentation, reflecting system configurations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with enterprise systems and technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including database administration, query optimization, and data analytics.
  • Proven technical expertise in system integration, process automation, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Power BI or SSRS, and their applications in business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes, ensuring efficient data management.
