As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a self storage facility in Caloundra. This includes collaborating with clients, reconciling banking and reporting, increasing customer patronage and merchandise sales, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and converting enquiry phone calls into new clients.

This is a well-rounded role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with one other staff member and provide regular updates to management, who visit the facility periodically.
