Senior Culinary Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Culinary Director to oversee the culinary operations at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure excellence and consistency in food quality.
  • Developing new menus and associated costing strategies.
  • Managing stock control and overseeing all back-of-house food and labor costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food standards.
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling kitchen staff members.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a Senior Culinary Director or equivalent position.
  • Formal culinary qualification and certification.
  • Ability to manage a busy kitchen with high consistency and creativity.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Extensive knowledge of OHS/HACCP within a kitchen environment.
