Part-time Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organized bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in managing small business finances, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and superannuation payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paying employees and sub-contractors
  • Superannuation payments
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Liaising with external accounting services
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier invoices
  • Handling phone enquiries and quotes
  • Developing processes and procedures
  • General administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • XERO experience is essential for this role
  • AroFlo experience is highly regarded
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of relevant legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
