We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our team as a package delivery specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning.
As a package delivery specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining package security. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple routes and meeting strict time schedules.
- Collect and deliver packages according to designated routes and schedules
- Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed
- Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of professional driving experience
- AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License
