Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and service a portfolio of large business clients. This key role involves managing renewals, negotiating and processing transactions, providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage
  • Previous experience working with large business accounts
  • A Tier 1 Qualification
  • Comfortable using various technology and insurance software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios and ensuring timely renewal and retention
  • Negotiating and processing transactions, including endorsements and renewals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up to clients and prospects
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
