Job Title: Intensive Case Management Caseworker

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caseworker to join our team in delivering intensive case management services to young people with complex needs.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, behavioural science or social science, and will possess excellent assessment and intervention skills.
  • You will be responsible for providing best practice statutory casework services, including weekly engagement with families, community organisations and other key stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting information and evidence to the Children's Court, engaging with partnerships, and coordinating therapeutic alliances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in social work, behavioural science or social science, criminology or other recognised degree
  • Excellent assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
