Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Caseworker to join our team. As an Intensive Case Management Caseworker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality casework services to young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best practice statutory casework services to young people with minimal supervision using high-level assessment and intervention skills
  • Engage with families, community organisations, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated and culturally appropriate services
  • Prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court
  • Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quality casework outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of a tertiary degree relevant to the role such as social work, behavioural science or social science, criminology, or other recognised degree
  • An unrestricted driver's licence is mandatory
  • A valid Blue Card is required
