About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Sydney. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strategic selling techniques, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist clients in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on new merchandise collections, trends, and industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience and a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and strong customer service ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
