Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in submarine design and construction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality principles into engineering workflows and production systems. Your goal will be to support continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance process models and frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Undertake business process analysis and modelling across internal teams to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with employees at all levels to understand existing processes and gather feedback for fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
  • Integrate risk analysis into process modelling to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative, efficient solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • BPMN 2.0 qualification highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality, process improvement, project management, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance software and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in process redesign and operational requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a systems-thinking mindset.
