Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Academic Record-Keeping Assistant. This position involves ensuring accurate record-keeping of assessment results and corresponding physical assessments.

The ideal candidate will have proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficient computer skills, particularly working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting academic operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with trainers to check progress throughout the term session, and ensuring trainers are adequately trained in using the college's portal system.

They will also coordinate with Student Services team in relation to submission deadlines, late submissions, reassessments, etc.

Additionally, they will ensure all current students are allocated to their respective classes prior to the term session commencement.

Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy skills and ability to multi-task are essential requirements for this role.
