Course Quality Officer

We are seeking a Course Quality Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of academic quality across our programs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain quality assurance frameworks for course and program approval, review, and modification.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support curriculum development and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and submission of reports and supporting documents for academic governance bodies.
  • Support training initiatives and process improvements to enhance educational delivery.
  • Evaluate student feedback and academic staff credentials to integrate them into quality processes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Education or relevant experience in higher education quality assurance.
  • Strong project coordination skills and experience with curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and education systems tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for educational excellence.
