We are seeking an experienced Academic Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering academic services in a team framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with students and trainers to process academic records and administer student lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student activities, communications, and assessment results.
  • Conduct intervention meetings and create/monitor intervention plans.
  • Maintain the Student Management System (aXcelerate).
  • Provide advice and assistance to students and staff on academic and student administration policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in the RTO industry with CRICOS programs.
  • Strong knowledge of aXcelerate or other Student Management Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing quality academic administrative services.
