Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
- Entry of terminations, new hires, and changes in employee status
- Relevant reconciliations (leave/workers' comp/salary packaging/tax)
- Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll processes
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve queries
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software, time and attendance, and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
