Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
  • Entry of terminations, new hires, and changes in employee status
  • Relevant reconciliations (leave/workers' comp/salary packaging/tax)
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll processes
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve queries

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in payroll software, time and attendance, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
