Job Role:

The Assistant Store Manager is a pivotal position within our retail stores. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory levels, and visual merchandising across the store.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Visual Display: Create visually appealing store displays to showcase products and enhance customer experience
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accurate inventory reporting

About You:

We are seeking an individual who embodies enthusiasm, energy, and a strong commitment to our culture of diversity, fun, and family. Key attributes, skills, and qualifications include:

  • Passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel
  • Retail Certificate advantageous but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
