Key Responsibilities
  • Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 members.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance, with support from your Area Manager.
  • Help your team thrive through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Ensure financial success by managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to maintain a smoothly running restaurant.
  • Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
