Our restaurant is a place where you can enjoy the magnificent East Perth surrounds with easy access to the CBD and nearby Optus Stadium.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Our Restaurant Manager will lead our front of house and work with our team to create a space where people want to go.

We need someone who inspires customers and staff alike, and genuinely loves what they do.

Our approach to food and wine is based on some key values: simplicity, sustainability, and respect for quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination
  • Manage staffing, training, and development of team members
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Relevant licenses, including a Western Australian approved managers liquor license
  • Current Australian driver's license
