Join us at The Stables, a vibrant, well-established venue tucked away in a lush garden oasis in the heart of Perth's CBD. As part of the rapidly growing Three Pound Group, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager ready to lead a passionate and driven team.

As the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including restaurant service and private functions. You'll be the key liaison between guests, the kitchen, and front-of-house departments—especially during events—to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

· Open and close the venue in line with established procedures

· Assist front-of-house with bar, floor, and function service during daily operations

· Oversee the setup and management of functions and bookings

· Greet and seat guests, delivering superior customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

· Lead and direct employees during shifts, upholding high service standards

· Provide on-the-job training and support to staff as needed

· Monitor and enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

· Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and procedures

· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable venue

· Handle accurate financial reconciliation and reporting

· Liaise with other department including functions, operations and marketing

· Free parking

· Free staff drinks

About You

You're a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're passionate about hospitality, customer-focused, and capable of motivating a team to deliver excellence. Experience in managing a restaurant or event-focused venue will be highly regarded. Successful applicants must hold a valid Unrestricted Approved Managers Card.
