As a sales professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our retail showrooms. The role involves providing a simple and easy way to purchase flooring.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided on all products and how they are installed. This enables you to attend homes to measure, quote, show samples, and recommend the best option for the customer's requirements and style.

To drive a high level of customer service and expertise, we offer a great commission and bonus structure paid weekly on top of your base salary.

A driver's license and own car are essential requirements. While prior sales experience is not necessary, you should have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We operate 7 days a week but can arrange a flexible roster to provide a good work-life balance.
