We're seeking a dedicated Caregiver Professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Job

In this rewarding position, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation
  • Observing and reporting any changes in client health or well-being to ensure timely interventions
  • Responding to emergency situations and providing first aid when necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence
  • Comprehensive insurance (Desirable)
  • Double COVID Vaccination as per Queensland Government requirement
