**Caregiver Role**

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also possess a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and a passion for providing person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Document client progress and concerns

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in aged care or disability services
  • 1+ year experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
