Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caregiver to join our growing team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.

    About Our Service:
    Our service is located within the grounds of a primary school and has been operating for over 20 years, working closely with the school community. We are licensed to care for up to 120 children across before school, after school, and vacation care programs. We strive to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that caters to each child's interests, culture, strengths, and knowledge.

A Day in the Service:
    As a Caregiver, your day will be filled with engaging activities designed to promote learning, creativity, and fun. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and experiences. This may include leading educational and recreational activities, helping with homework, and creating opportunities for socialization and exploration. You will also have the chance to join exciting excursions during vacation care.

What We Are Looking For:
    To be successful in this role, you will require:
    1. Cert III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services (or equivalent)
    2. Previous experience in childcare or education
    3. A genuine passion for working with children
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
    6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
    7. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
