Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our food and beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment. They will be responsible for supervising daily operations across multiple outlets, leading and mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across various food and beverage outlets.
  • Lead and mentor team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist with recruitment, rostering, and payroll coordination.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Support stock control and inventory processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Current RSA certificate.
  • Experience with Micros POS is an advantage.
  • A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
