Financial Planning and Control Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing the financial wellbeing of a business.

This key member within the business will effectively manage the financial aspects of the Dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the Dealership.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to support day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the administration team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience within a similar function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of automotive industry experience is required
