About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roster Coordinator to join our Workforce Management team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business through optimising workforce engagement and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to general employee enquiries via phone or email
  • Administer service requests using ServiceNow
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of employee enquiries or requests
  • Detailed entry of relevant and required information in all ServiceNow tickets
  • Manage employee absence calls and applications
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring roster vacancies are offered and fill rate maximised
  • Ensure process for shift offer, fill and employee suitability are in compliance with relevant policies and processes
About You
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
