Rostering Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Rostering Officer to join our team at Lutheran Homes Group. As a key member of our Rostering and Administration Team, you will be responsible for scheduling Home Care employees across various programs, ensuring continuity of care and services to consumers in alignment with individual service and care plans.
With a focus on delivering high-quality care, you will work closely with our team to identify and fill gaps in the roster, ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award and LHG Enterprise Agreements. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to respond to calls from clients and staff members, providing a customer-focused service.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced Rostering Officer who is confident in developing worker schedules and managing multiple priorities. You will have a strong attention to detail, ensuring data integrity when inputting information into our relevant systems. Your ability to seek innovative solutions and collaborate with others will enable you to enhance processes and implement improvements.
Previous rostering experience in home care will be highly regarded, and you will have a customer service focus with a strong attention to detail. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
