We represent a leading global player in the transport and infrastructure industry.
As an upshot of growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their headquarters.
**Position:**
Reporting to the General Counsel, Legal and Commercial, you will effectively be the 2iC.
You will provide advice on a range of matters, but with a focus on project delivery. There are a number of contracts of various size and type that you will work with in addition to a number of interface agreements.
**Your Purpose:**
To deliver high-quality, high-value, timely, and solutions-focused legal and commercial advice to the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert legal advice on a range of matters, with a focus on project delivery.
• Work with a number of contracts of various size and type, including interface agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel, Legal and Commercial to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:**
• 10+ years' post-admission experience.
• One or more of the following:
• Front-end construction law and/or back-end construction law, ideally including substantial experience in project delivery.
• Projects (including Public Private Partnership and other complex contracting experience).
• Infrastructure projects.
**What We're Looking For:**
A well-rounded individual who is a team player, has good communication skills, is collaborative, highly motivated, and very organized.
